To generate your Wrapped, we send only the summarized stats we need (counts/aggregates), plus an optional short “most reacted message” snippet if you include it in the report.
By default, once your report is generated and emailed it is deleted, your data is never stored on our servers!

After checkout/payment, you’ll receive a step-by-step tutorial showing exactly how to export your chat and which file(s) to upload.
Your browser turns those files into Wrapped stats, and we send only the summary needed to generate your PDF.
